Choose a membership
PlotProfound offers a free Reading Room and optional paid memberships. Membership payments support independent articles, carefully researched guides and the Collectible Atlas. The site is independent and does not sell officially licensed franchise merchandise.

Quizzes award insignias when completed successfully. A paid membership does not award insignias automatically.
Automatic renewal
Paid memberships renew automatically at the price and interval selected during checkout until canceled. Before authorizing payment, you will be shown the subscription price, billing frequency, currency, payment method, and any applicable taxes or additional charges.
Payments are processed through PayPal. You can review your subscription information and upcoming renewal details through the available membership and payment-management tools.
Cancel any time
You can cancel automatic renewal of a paid membership without having to explain your decision. Once paid checkout is enabled, use the cancellation option provided in your PlotProfound membership account, or manage automatic payments through PayPal.
When cancellation is confirmed, future recurring payments for that subscription should stop. Paid access will ordinarily continue through the end of an already-paid billing period where supported by the subscription configuration and applicable law. We will verify and clearly disclose when access ends before enabling paid subscriptions.
If you cancel through PayPal but PlotProfound still shows an active renewal, or you cannot locate a cancellation option, email contact@plotprofound.com. Include your account email and relevant subscription details, but never send a password or complete payment-card information.
Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already completed. Refund requests and billing errors are handled under the policy below and applicable consumer-protection rights.
Refunds and billing errors
We review refund requests and billing errors individually in line with applicable consumer rights and the payment provider’s rules. If you believe you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, charged twice, or billed an unexpected amount, contact us with the transaction date and reference. We will investigate and respond. This page does not remove mandatory refund, withdrawal or chargeback rights available under applicable law.
Your free account after paid membership
If you stop renewing your paid plan, you may continue using the free Reading Room and its accessible features. Your saved annotations and previously earned insignias remain associated with your account unless you delete them or the account is removed lawfully. Paid articles and member-only quizzes are no longer available when your paid access ends.
